Shipping Policy

We provide shipping services across all locations in India and ship 6 days a week.

Processing

Orders placed after 12 noon IST on any day are processed by the next day. We do not place orders on  Sundays, and National Holidays.

Limited Delivery Time

Our standard shipping time is about 4-7 days to Deliver in India, the feasibility of delivery may depend on the location or location where the order will be shipped. In the event that none of our shipping partners deliver to your place, then we may ship your order via Speed ​​Post / Registered Post / Package via India Post. Orders submitted via India Post are not tracked and may take up to 4-08 days for the order to reach you, in extreme cases.

Tracking your order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your email to verify your order by visiting the delivery partner’s website. It may take up to 12-24 hours to update your tracking number on our website.

Shipping Partners

We use the best shipping partners in India. They offer fast, secure, and reliable delivery services. To track your orders you can visit the appropriate sender site. We use the services of Delhivery Courier, Ship-Rocket Courier, and Indian Parcel Courier.

Refund Policy

We at Otabazaar work hard to provide the best quality products. If you face any issues with the Received product, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving the order. We entertain a request for a return and refund only for the below-mentioned cases:-
1. Product received is broken, damaged.

2. The product does not match the specification as specified during the placement of the order.

In case of a return, shipping, marketing, operational and damage deductions can be done before refund.

Order cancellation is valid until we dispatch the products ordered. We do not entertain cancellation requests after the product is being shipped or dispatched through our courier partner.

What the user is required to do: The user can initiate a return within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product, once our courier partner will collect the returned product user will receive the full refund. For prepaid order user will receive a refund amount directly to their paid payment method and for cash, on delivery orders, users will receive an email with a payment gateway link from their user can fill in their bank details in which user want a refund.

Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds: We are accepting refund under the following circumstances  (a) The product received is broken, damaged (b)  The product does not match the specification as specified during the placement of the order.

The timeframe in which you accept returns:  We are offering a complete refund within 5 days of receiving the order.

When your user can expect a refund: Once our courier partner will collect the returned product user will receive the full refund within 3 to 4 working days.
